Tradifoods has exported artisanal food from Portugal and Spain for 14 years, supplying importers, distributors and specialist retail across the Atlantic trade.

Founder Manuel Maia is a judge at the World Cheese Awards. The catalogue carries 16 DOP and 1 IGP protected-origin cheeses — a credential rarely communicated this clearly by competitors.

Tradifoods is also the Portuguese representative for Boska, the Dutch cheese-tool maker with over 100 years of history, and produces its own label, Da Morgada, for jams, honey and canned fish.
